Founded in 2011, LITECORE (Fujian Z.K. Litecore Co., Ltd.) is a pioneering enterprise led by Dr. SU Hui, who currently serves as a research group leader and doctoral supervisor at the Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences (FJIRSM, CAS). With over two decades of extensive experience in semiconductor laser research and optoelectronic integration processes, Dr. SU's leadership has propelled LITECORE to the forefront of the industry.
LITECORE boasts a comprehensive suite of production lines encompassing MOCVD wafer epitaxial growth, nano/micro chip processing, device packaging, as well as burn-in and life test systems. Our primary products include InP-based epitaxial wafers, chips, TO CANs, and optical devices, among others. As a high-tech company with independent intellectual property rights, LITECORE possesses the capability to independently design and manufacture optical chips and devices for widespread deployment.

FOUNDER: Dr. Su Hui
● Holder of Bacelor's Degee in Physics from Wuhan Uniersity, Doctral Degree in Physical Chemity fom CAS Fujian nstute of Research on the Structure of Mtter (JIRSM,CAS)and Doctoral Degree in optical Sience& Engineering from University of New Mexico in the USA, and also postdoctoral rsercher at Uniersty of liois at UrbanaChampaign in the USA;
● Is a research group leader and doctoral supervisor at FJIRSM, CAS leading and undertaking multiple national and provincial key research projects;
● Studied and worked in the USA for 12 years in the field of semiconductor laser, optoelectronic device and system, and served as Senior Scientist in a leading semiconductor company;
● Returned to China in 2010 and founded LITECORE in 2011 that obtained 10+ invention patents;
● Supported by the CAS Hundred Talent Program in 2010 and the Hundred Talent Program of Fujian in 2011.
